Any document submitted for proof of identification must be a valid document. The PA
Harness Racing Commission and Pennsylvania State Police have the authority to verify
that your documents are authentic.

• Driver License or ID Card issued by a state, jurisdiction, or outlying possession of the US or issued by a province or territory of Canada, provided it contains a photograph or information such as name, date-of-birth, sex, height, eye color, and address.
• ID Card issued by federal, state, or local government agencies or entities provided it
  contains a photograph or information such as name, date-of-birth, sex, height, eye color, and address.
• US Passport
• Foreign passport with a valid I-551 stamp and Valid until ** ** **. The passport must be in English or translated by an embassy.
• Foreign passport with your visa and form I-94. The passport must be in English or translated by an embassy.
• Permanent Resident Card (Form I-551)
• I-151 Alien Registration Receipt Card with photograph
• I-551 Alien Registration Card with photograph
• I-688 Unexpired Temporary Resident Card (USCIS Form I-688)
• I-688A Unexpired Employment Authorization Card (USCIS Form I-688A)
• I-688B Unexpired Employment Authorization Document with Photograph
• I-766 Unexpired Employment Authorization Document with Photograph
• US Military Photo ID Card (issued to military personnel only).
