The 2009 Online Racing Application is now online. This will be the only way to apply for racing privileges at Harrah's Chester. Initial racing applications must be submitted prior to the start of the 2009 racing season. It is recommended to submit your application by March 23.
PLEASE NOTE: The racing application should only be submitted by the TRAINER.
All drivers must submit an Online Driver's Agreement Form, which will be valid for 2009 and beyond as long as the driver is in good standing with the United States Trotting Association, Pennsylvania Harness Racing Commission and Harrah's Chester Casino & Racetrack. This is mandatory in order for a driver to be able to participate.

Ask anyone regarding the race track surface and the facilities. Horsemen agree that it is by far one of the very best places to come and race at during the year. Harrah's Chester boasts one of the fastest 5/8 mile racing surfaces anywhere with its first-of-its-kind in North America miracle turn that actually extends over the Delaware River with a specially constructed bridge.
The track is easy to truck into as it is conveniently located in Chester, Pennsylvania off Exit 8 (Ridley Park) on I-95 just south of the Philadelphia International Airport. The paddock and racing offices are located across the railroad tracks at the end of Morton Avenue just off Route 291. The facility is situated in the tri-state area of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, and is a very short ride from nearby Maryland as well.
